Code of Conduct
PURPOSE
The Code of Conduct are the rules you as the website and game user must follow. These rules are put in place to preserve at atmosphere that is acceptable for people of all ages. This page specifies the rules, and the consequences if they are not followed.
AGREEMENT
You as the user of this website and the games made available from it, agree to follow these rules, and to accept any consequences deemed appropriate by KISTech Studios. Your continued use of the website and the games provided constitutes your agreement to these rules.
RULES OF CONDUCT
The following are strictly prohibited on this website, and in the online games available from this site.
-- Profanity, or attempting to convey profanity through the use of other characters to circumvent the filters
-- Hostile or insulting messages
-- Attempting to obtain personal information about another member
-- Attempting to hack this website, any of our games, or game servers, or intercept or modify any of the data transfered between them
CONSEQUENCES
The following consequences will be enforced if the above rules are broken as determined by KISTech Studios, it's employees, or it's assigned moderators. Final judgement of these consequences is at the sole discretion of KISTech Studios, and will be final.
Depending on the violation, the starting level of consequence may be higher.
Level 1 -- First warning - An email or private message will be sent notifying you of the violation.
Level 2 -- Second warning - An email or private message will be sent notifying you of the violation.
Level 3 -- Account suspension from the service where the violation took place. Time frame of the suspension will depend on the violation and will be determined by the moderator or site admin.
Level 4 -- Account suspension from all services. Time frame of the suspension will depend on the violation and will be determined by the moderator or site admin.
Level 5 -- Account deletion. If things have gotten this far, it is unlikely the account will be enabled again. The decision to allow a player with a deleted account to return is determined by KISTech Studios after discussing the matter with the site admin and the moderator, and reviewing the facts and logs if applicable.
KISTech Studios reserves the right, and has the obligation, to notify the proper authorities if there is adequate evidence of the commision of a crime.
If you have a paid subscription to a game or service with KISTech Studios, and your account is suspended from that game or service, you will not be entitled to a refund for the time your account is suspended. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription to prevent further billing during a suspention.
If you have a paid subscription to a game or service with KISTech Studios and your account is deleted, you forfeit any remaining balance for that subscription, your subscription will be automatically cancelled, and your selected payment method will no longer be billed.
